These are just some of the renos we’ve completed over the past few years to give you an idea of the quality of work we bring to every job site.
Commercial space
We closed off this commercial rental space by constructing steel stud walls and installing roll up doors.
Old plaster ceiling
Repaired massive ceiling damage due to water leak in living room and painted.
Shed transformation
We turned an old shed into a cute guest quarter.
Construct offices
We constructed offices in an empty area.
Commercial offices
Added commercial offices to an empty building.
Rustic ceiling
We installed and stained this ceiling to give a rustic country look.
Powerwashing
Powerwashing a deck. The powerwashed portion is on the left and you can see how much it lightens the wood. When powerwashing bare wood and decking, it’s important to seal it once it dries with a stain or varnish otherwise it will discolor quickly.
Classic Style
Older homes are a beauty to behold with the hardwood floors, grand doors & frames and woodwork. Finding a middle ground where old world charm blends seamlessly with modern updates could be a tough thing to do well.
We think this house, with upgrades everywhere from the kitchen and bathrooms to all the living areas and exterior is a great example of mixing up both classic and contemporary.
This house was remodeled practically from the ground up and, considering it sold in less that a week after going on the market, means all the hard work paid off.
Cottage deck
Constructed and stained new deck.
Stippled ceiling
Repaired and stippled large ceilings.
